Commission Terms
Last updated 03/07/2024• I will do multi-character pictures. Every subsequent character will cost the same as the first character, minus $5.
• Full illustrations: I might take these, but they will be pricey! They will include at least one fully colored/shaded character, and a full detail background. The base price will be $200, with a quote on top.
• I am not always open. Keep an eye on my Twitter and FurAffinity for openings! They will always be artist's choice, not first-come first-serve.
• I will do extra detail charges for some things, including but not limited to:
> Wings
> Complex color schemes
> Mechanical details
> Complicated weapons
> Extra limbs (e.g., four arms)Things I will not draw:
• Gore (including candy gore)
• Underage characters in NSFW situations
• Art that promotes hatred in any form
• Large creatures (e.g. dragons)
• I can refuse any commission for whatever reason, and I do not need to explain why. Please understand and respect this.Commission Terms
• Payments will be through PayPal only, in USD.
• Invoices must be paid in full before I will start working on a piece.
• For refined pieces, I will provide sketch updates through your preferred form of contact. If you want changes to the pose or body, please say when the image is a sketch. When I provide a colored update, that is when you should look for missing details that may be important!
• If I have provided a sketch, lineart or colored WIP and received no responses on these steps, I will assume they are fine. If you request major changes outside of these stages (e.g. a pose change after I have done lineart), I will charge extra.
• Small changes such as missing colors or other small details are free.
• Once a piece is finished, I will not refund it. I will provide partial refunds for in-progress pieces based on the amount of work done. Canceling an in-progress piece will also impact your chances of receiving a commission from me in the future.
• You may re-post and use the art for private use as you see fit. You may not, however, use the art for monetary gain. You have no commercial rights to the image whatsoever--only personal.
• Please note: commercial rights includes minting the commission as an NFT, or incorporating it into the blockchain in any other way, shape or form.
• I may use your commission in promotional material (e.g. on a price sheet). If you do not want this to happen, tell me when I am working on the piece.
• Do not, under any circumstance, remove my signature from a finished piece.
• I do not allow "upgrading" my commissions in any way other than paying me directly to draw the next level of a commission. This includes acts such as:
> Drawing over the piece yourself.
> Running it through an AI model.
• If I find that you have ran your commission (or any of my other art, for that matter) through a model you will be immediately blacklisted from future commissions. I will also put out an Artist Beware and spread your name around any art-related Discord channels I am in. This is a preventative measure meant to protect myself and others from financial theft.
